Welcome to another week everyone! This week’s Workout Plan is dedicated to giving you 5 days of workouts to work you from head to toe. Each day you get a different body area to focus on; by the end of the week you’ve got a killer total-body exercise plan. Let’s get this week started off right – by planning out your whole week’s activity right here and now. Enjoy!
