Have you ever wanted to have the trainers run you through one of their KILLER “Last Chance” Workouts?
Well- here’s your chance!
Their popular workouts are known to make you sweat. My favorite part of this video workout is that they have actual contestants from the show do the workout with you. If they can do this, so can you!
I started sweating bullets about half way through the workout. This is a great workout to really work your entire body.
They suggest that you use dumbbells for some of the strength training moves. If you are a beginner, I would recommend 5 lb dumbbells, but if you are more advanced, feel free to grab 8 lb or even 10 lb dumbbells.
