Looking for a killer, total body workout that doesn’t take much time or equipment? You’ve come to the right place! Biceps curls – 10 reps
Triceps kickbacks –10 reps
Bent over row – 10 on each arm
Push ups –10 reps
Dumbbell sit ups –10 reps
Goblet squats –10 reps
Walking lunges –10 on each leg
Calf raises –10 reps
Repeat three times total for a killer, total body workout with weights!
