Today on Tone-and-Tighten.com we are shredding our way through eight of my favorite exercises you can do with just a pair of dumbbells. We are going to be hitting all the major muscle groups in your body with this one and it will take about 45 minutes. So grab your free weights and let’s get to work!

The workout

biceps curl dumbbellBiceps curls – 10 reps

triceps kickback exerciseTriceps kickbacks –10 reps

dumbbell rowBent over row – 10 on each arm

push ups exercisePush ups –10 reps

dumbbell sit upDumbbell sit ups –10 reps

goblet squat dumbbellGoblet squats –10 reps

lunge exerciseWalking lunges –10 on each leg

heel raise exercise dumbbellCalf raises –10 reps

Repeat three times total for a killer, total body workout with weights!
