There’s no quicker way into a tank top than arms with amazing definition. One way to chisel your way sleeveless this summer is to work those shoulders into shape. Today we’re shredding them out with this killer, at-home, 15-minute shoulder workout that will have everyone dying to know your secret. The secret, of course, is working your butt off for your results! Now get to it!

I love military presses for shoulders. Lets go ahead and combine those with some squats for a great total-body exercise
Down on your hands and feet; walking around like a grizzly. Get your kiddos in on this with you – they’ll think you’re the coolest parent ever (like they don’t already)!
Time to really finish off the deltoid. Lateral raises give you the great “V cut” in the upper shoulder that everyone desperately wishes for.
Rear Delt Raises
Get in a 1/2 lunge position and lean forward at your hips. Keep your back as straight as possible and lift the weights away from your body and towards the ceiling. Concentrate on really squeezing your back together at the top of the rep.
Pretty good series, right? Good! Now do it 3 more times!!
5 exercises – 1 minute each – repeated 3 times for 15 minutes of shoulder-loving fun!
