A playlist that works as hard as you do.
If you haven’t noticed already, I’m a huge fan of music! When it comes to working out, nothing gets me pumped more than when “my song” comes on (you all know what I’m talking about!). Nothing like a good beat to pick up your tempo or get one more crucial rep. While I like all types and styles of music, when I’m in the gym it’s typically rap/hip hop pumping through my ear buds that keep me going strong. Today I wanted to share another one of my playlists with you – my “Rap/Hip Hop Power Playlist”. Check it out below!
