Looking to take your leg definition to a whole new level?
When it comes to increasing tone and definition in large muscle groups, you have to shake up your training methods. Slow, controlled, strength-training moves to train one type of muscle fiber; explosive, plyometric, agility moves to train another. Working on both is key to taking your results to the next level, and they can be an excellent way to launch off any plateau you may find yourself on!
Today I’m sharing one of my favorite Plyo-Strength Workouts for your legs. This workout can easily be done anywhere without any equipment; however your results can certainly be enhanced if you have a pair of dumbbells handy!
Hope you enjoy…
