Six of the best at home exercises to grow fuller, rounder glutes

I’ve said it before and I will say it again – some my favorite workouts here on tone and tighten come as a result of your emails. Recently I have received a few of the following:

“How can I grow a bigger butt?”

“How can I shape rounder glutes?”

“I want to shape my butt but don’t have a gym membership. What are some exercises I can do?”

Lucky for you – I have you covered. Today on Tone-and-Tighten, I wanted to share with you six of my favorite exercises you can do at home that will strengthen and shape your backside! These exercises are targeted specifically at activating your glute muscle groups to make that booty fuller and rounder. Here we go…

While you don’t need any equipment for this workout, all of these exercises can be enhanced if you use some dumbbells for some resistance. If you don’t have any dumbbells, check out my favorite pair here.
The Workout
Single leg deadlifts
3 sets of 10 reps on each leg

 

Single leg bridges
3 sets of 10 reps on each leg

 

Lunges
3 sets of 10 reps on each leg

 

Plié squats
3 sets of 10 reps

 

Donkey kicks/hip extension
3 sets of 10 reps on each leg

 

Quadruped Straight Leg Toe Taps
3 sets of 10 reps on each leg
