8 Minute Lower Abs Workout (Video Workout)

After my wife has a baby, her biggest struggle is tightening her lower abs back up. Although this workout is only 8 minutes long, I promise that they will be ON FIRE by the time you are done. It’s a great way to tone those hard-to-reach lower abs.
Combine this workout with a cardio workout for maximum results.
