This is a perfect workout for beginners, however I have also included some intermediate/advanced options if you’re up for a little bit more of a challenge. The important thing is that I want you to really try to push yourself!
This workout is presented in a HIIT interval format. You’ll do 40 seconds of “work” (the high interval) followed by 20 seconds of an “active recovery” (or low interval). The important thing is that I want you to keep moving! This is only 25 minutes long and therefore we need to capitalize every minute of it.
