Sometimes you don’t have the time to workout. Sometimes you just don’t have the equipment. Sometimes you don’t have either one!! Well these excuses are a thing of the past! Some of my favorite workouts here on Tone and Tighten are geared towards you, my equipment-less on-the-go friend! You can still get in an amazing workout in under 10 minutes using your bodyweight only! Today’s workout is 8 moves in 8 minutes to give you an amazing total-body shredder in a fraction of the time. Here we go!
The format for this one is an 8-minute AMRAP (as many reps as possible). You will perform each of the following exercises for 50 seconds, rest for 10 seconds, and then move on to the next exercise. The sequence of the exercises is broken up into different body parts – meaning you’ll work your lower body with the first minute, your upper body with the second, and so on. This way you can maximize your time and get in a ton of sets/reps as efficiently as possible. Let’s do this!
