What will you do this week to make it more awesome than the last?

A new week is upon us full of amazing opportunities. I’m actually stoked out of my mind for this week – I’ve got a lot of really big changes coming for Tone and Tighten for which I couldn’t be more excited. We’re looking forward to some significant improvements to the site, new content, new videos, new challenges, and an overall improved experience to help you realize your goals and maximize your potential. Interested? Good! Let’s kick things off with our newest “Weekly Workout Plan”!

Theses workout plans are designed to add variety and complexity to your workout. My goal is get you out of your comfort zone and start doing some new exercises or some new workouts that you hadn’t ever though of trying before. This week we’re getting back to basics with some good ol’ fashioned calorie burners! Below you’ll find five days of workouts designed to shred fat quickly and let you get on with your day. Turn it on – shred it out – and make this week amazing.



Day One
Total-Body Fat Blasting Video Workout

(Get in as much as you can – even 30 minutes melts about 300 calories!)
