Jared, Have you had success with women over 50? Do the cookbooks that the sisters provide have the calorie content? I am not afraid of the workouts as I have been working out for a long time. However, my diet doesn’t seem to be working as well. I would like to lose the last 10-15 pounds. My hormones have dropped significantly, so i need a very good diet to help me lose the weights. I have increased my vitamin intake and my protein intake as a means of building muscle which hopefully raise my metabolism. I workout at home and at the gym. Any information would help.
