Tired of the same ol’ workout on the elliptical?
Here are 10 awesome workouts that will switch it up and burn some serious calories!

1. Elliptical Incline Workout (a great workout for your backside)

2. Short Elliptical Interval Workout (only 22 minutes long and maximum calorie burn)

3. Beginner Elliptical Workout (a great place to start if you are new to working out or a great warm-up if you are going to do some weights afterward)

4. Runners Elliptical Workout (to really make this feel like running, don’t hold onto the handles. Instead hold your arms at your sides as if you were running)
