Travel Workout Plan – Workouts To Do On Vacation

Hey everyone! Happy Monday! As you know Mondays are my days when I post my “Weekly Workout Plan” – a whole series of workouts for you to try during the week to mix up your “regular” routine and push your results a little further.
Are any of you traveling this summer? I just got back from a series of three vacations that absolutely would have wrecked my workout schedule had I not been prepared. I was able to workout most days because beforehand I had “packed” some workouts to go with me! And today I wanted to share them with you! Below you will find 5 great workouts that you can do in the hotel, the campsite, down by the lake, on the beach… or anywhere! No more excuses – make this vacation your fittest yet and stay consistent with these workouts…
