For this workout, we’re going to be 8 of my favorite compound resistance-band exercises. That means for each move we’ll be working multiple muscle groups at the same time to really maximize your time and get the best workout possible.

1. Reverse Curl and Press – 10 reps
2. Squats – 10 reps
3. Wood Chop – 10 reps (both sides)
4. Row and Press – 10 reps
5. Hip Abduction – 10 reps (each side)
6. Donkey Kicks – 10 reps (each side)
7. Resisted Reverse Crunches – 10 reps
8. Single Leg Bridge and Press – 10 reps (each side)
9. Front Raise, Side Raise, Military Press Combo – 10 reps
REPEAT 3 TIMES TOTAL
