One of my favorite ways to workout is to superset muscle groups. A superset is when you alternate exercising two different muscle groups during each others’ rest periods. This is a great way to work a lot of areas in a lot of ways and really get in a great workout in a short amount of time. Today I wanted to combine some of my favorite at-home butt-toning exercises with some of my favorite at-home ab-shredding exercises.
