Rain all week. I guess I’ll bag any cardio… or will I???
Hey everyone! And welcome to another exciting week here on Tone-and-Tighten.com. This week in Utah the fall weather is definitely starting to settle in. You don’t have to let cold temperatures and even rain derail your cardio progress! In fact, a lot of times my best cardio workouts come in a room that’s about 10 feet by 15 feet. On this week’s “Weekly Workout Plan” I’m sharing 5 of my favorite at-home cardio routines. So what if you can’t go outside – we’re still going to get an amazing sweat on! Do these on 5 days this week (you pick – with two rest days in there, too) and you’re well on your way to sculpting and shredding, toning and tightening! Have a great week, everyone!
