Workout your chest, shoulders, arms, and back with these 6 great bodyweight moves. They each target a different specific muscle group in your upper body resulting in a great overall workout!
So let’s get to work!
This is a perfect beginner/intermediate workout; but I’ll also show you some more-advanced options as well.
You’ll perform each of 6 exercises in a 40/20 interval format. We’ll do 40 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds of an “active rest” period. This is a great way to really maximize your workout and squeeze as much as possible into as short a time as you have available.
