If you’re familiar with Tone-and-Tighten.com, you know that one of my favorite ways to workout is in a pyramid format. It mixes up your sets and reps is a great way to push yourself to go harder. You know that if you can make it to the top then coming down is going to be pretty sweet (check out my “Total Body Pyramid” and “Leg Pyramid” to get a feel for what I mean). Well ab day should be no different! Are you strong enough to climb the Ab Pyramid?! This one’s pretty much a killer! Shredded abs here we come!

40 Russian Twists (20 to each side)
50 Sit Ups
60 Bicylces (30 each side)
50 Sit Ups
