Strapped for time? Not any more with this workout!
What’s the hardest workout you can throw at your abs in 10 minutes? The answer – this one! I thought this one up the other day when I was super strapped for time and it was a killer! Left me feeling like I had worked them for a half hour! The key is we’re going to do a ton of quality reps in not a lot of time without taking any rest sessions. It’s tough – but you’re going to love it! Here we go…
The Workout
Spiderman Plank Crunches
(20 seconds on, 10 seconds off. Repeated 4 times)
Bicycle Crunches
(20 seconds on, 10 seconds off. Repeated 4 times)
Jackknife Situps
(20 seconds on, 10 seconds off. Repeated 4 times)
Swiss Ball Roll Out
(20 seconds on, 10 seconds off. Repeated 4 times)
Feeling really aggressive and have a little more time? Rest for 1-2 minutes and then run through all of these again!
