Hey everyone! Welcome to another week here on Tone-and-Tighten.com. As you may know, Mondays are the days that I typically post my “Weekly Workout Plan” – all your workouts for the week rolled up into one nice, easy-to-follow package. This week, we’re kicking things up a notch with 7 of my favorite HIIT video workouts. Your objective is to get through at least 3 of them this week; 5 if you can.
