Okay here’s the deal – as a physical therapist I actually don’t recommend you do all of these workouts in 30 consecutive days. You need to give your muscles some time to rest and recover so as to avoid injury. That being said, however, your abs and core tend to recover faster than other areas of your body. My recommendation would be to perform 4-5 of these workouts per week for about 6-7 weeks. Trust me – I promise you’ll still see crazy gains if you stick to that plan!
