Short on time but big on shred!
Hey everyone! Today I wanted to share one of my personal favorite ab routines. This one is killer for all the layers of all 4 major abdominal muscles. Of course I thought – what better way to share it with you than to walk you through it myself?!! Join me in this awesome at-home ab burner!
