What can you do with 20 minutes?
Some common answers include – “Watch a sitcom”, “Make a sandwich”, and “Surf around on the internet”. Why not take the next 20 minutes and do something to improve your health?! That’s more than enough time to shred through an awesome at-home workout… just like this one! A quick, convenient, 20-minute workout that requires little equipment and yields amazing results! Try this one out!! Or sit on the couch… just remember… tomorrow’s results come from today’s actions. Here we go!
This workout is follows the AMRAP format. This stands for “As Many Rounds (or Reps) As Possible”. That means there’s no set number for sets/reps – you set a timer and do as many reps as you can in the allotted time. When the timer goes off – you’re done! Sound easy enough? Don’t let it fool you – this one’s pretty brutal! Pace yourself for maximum success!
Set a 20-minute timer and repeat as many rounds as you can!
50 Jumping Jacks
40 Mountain Climbers
30 Air Squats
10 Push Ups
Some good numbers to shoot for:
4+ rounds = You’re superhuman. I’ll give you the login info for T&T and you can start writing this blog!
3+ rounds = Fitness master! You had to bust tail for that score! Now your tail will thank you…
2+ rounds = Incredible workout! Well on your way to taking over the world!
1+ rounds = You’re on the right track! Keep going and you’ll keep making improvements!
0+ rounds = SO MUCH BETTER THAN NOTHING! Good for you! I know you’ll get one round in the next time you try!
How did you do? Let me know your number in a comment below!
The first time I did it I got 3 + 104 (secretly I was relieved I didn’t make it to burpees again!)
