Hey everyone! Welcome to another edition of our Monday “Weekly Workout Plan” here on Tone-and-Tighten.com! Lately I have been getting a lot of emails from people inquiring specifically for beginner workouts. I love this! If you are reading this I assume you are looking for workouts you can do if you have never really exercised before or if it has been a long time since you last did. Fantastic! You’re amazing! Taking this first step is critical and you are well on your way to successfully meeting your goals!
One of the hardest parts about beginning a new workout plan is knowing where to start. It’s because of this fact that I put together this 14-day workout plan. Eliminate guesswork. Eliminate confusion. Follow this plan and start seeing some results! Here we go:
For this 14 day begin or workout plan our workouts will require very little equipment. At most you might need one pair of dumbbells for some resistance. Check out this link for my favorite set on Amazon.com. You actually get multiple different weights for one awesome low price.

The other thing I want to mention is this – while this is a 14-day plan I do not expect (nor would I recommend) doing all of them 14 days in a row, especially if you’re just starting out. You should try initially to tackle these 2-3 days a week and gradually increase from there. This is the best way to break your body in slowly and avoid injury.
It’s important that before starting these workouts you take the time to get your muscles nice and warmed up. Check out this video for my favorite 3-minute warm-up you can do at home to get the heart going and blood out to your muscles prior to the workout…
