Squats for one minute
Jump lunges for one minute
Tuck jumps for one minute
Curtsy lunge for one minute
Alternating toe touches (stair) for one minute
Speed skaters for one minute
Side plank with hip abduction for one minute (30 seconds each side)
Heel raises for one minute
Single-leg bridge for one minute (30 seconds each side)
