One of the toughest workouts I’ve done in a while!
I am always on the lookout for new, fun, and exciting workouts that elevate my heart rate, work my muscles head-to-toe, and (of course) tone and tighten my muscles. This one DID NOT disappoint! Only 30 minutes long and no equipment required, but it’s one that you will feel for days after you’ve completed it! Hope you enjoy!
