20 Minute At-Home Leg Workout

Big on desire to sculpt shapely legs but little on time to do so? No time = no problem with this quick, 20 minute leg burner! No equipment required as we shape, sculpt, Tone and Tighten! Check it out here:

This workout is presented in two circuits. Each circuit will take 5 minutes to run through; you’ll do each one twice. I recommend Circuit 1 two times through and then circuit 2 two times through. You’ll perform the exercise for 45 seconds and take a 15 second rest before moving on to the next exercise. Shapely legs here we come!!

 Jumping Jacks (45 seconds with 15 second rest)

Squats (45 seconds with 15 second rest)

Alternating Toe Taps (45 seconds with 15 second rest)

Lunges (Alternating) (45 seconds with 15 second rest)

Rest (60 seconds)

Flutter Kicks (45 seconds with 15 second rest)

Side Leg Lifts (25 seconds on each side with 10 second rest)
