This workout is presented in two circuits. Each circuit will take 5 minutes to run through; you’ll do each one twice. I recommend Circuit 1 two times through and then circuit 2 two times through. You’ll perform the exercise for 45 seconds and take a 15 second rest before moving on to the next exercise. Shapely legs here we come!!
Jumping Jacks (45 seconds with 15 second rest)
Squats (45 seconds with 15 second rest)
Alternating Toe Taps (45 seconds with 15 second rest)
Lunges (Alternating) (45 seconds with 15 second rest)
Repeated Twice
Bridges (45 seconds with 15 second rest)
Flutter Kicks (45 seconds with 15 second rest)
Side Leg Lifts (25 seconds on each side with 10 second rest)
Heel Raises (45 seconds with 15 second rest)
Repeated Twice
There you have it! Totally just shredded your way through 20 minutes of at-home leg-sculpting madness!
