I’m afraid it’s going to need to be just a quick workout today… Luckily I’ve got one all dialed up!
If you’re anything like me, the one thing that you never have enough of is time. Between work, school, family life, etc. you’re always running. Unfortunately, in all this hustle and bustle the one thing that we seldom make time for is ourselves. All these other priorities occupy our schedule and our workout time is usually what suffers. Well not today! Take back your workout time with this quick, at-home, total-body workout with minimal equipment required. All you need are some dumbbells and a jump rope (truthfully, you can even get by without a jump rope!) for a killer total body shred in only 20 minutes! Here we go…
Round One
Mountain Climbers
10 reps first round, 15 reps second round and 20 reps third round. Non-stop no rests.
Followed by 3 minutes of jump rope (if no rope available do a jump roper motion with some small hand weights)
Rest 1 minute
Round Two
Squats
Biceps curls to military press
Bicycle crunches
10 reps first round, 15 reps second round and 20 reps third round. Non-stop, no rests.
Followed by 3 minutes of jump rope (if no rope available do a jump roper motion with some small hand weights)
You did it! No time and no equipment = no problem with Tone and Tighten!!
