Orange Creamsicle Smoothie
Recipe type: Smoothie
Prep time:  5 mins
Total time:  5 mins
Serves: 2

A delicious creamy smoothie that is low in calories, but full of flavor!
Ingredients
  • 1 cup reduced-fat Greek yogurt (I used 0% Fage Greek yogurt)
  • ⅔ cup ice cubes
  • ½ cup chopped, peeled, ripe mango (frozen)*
  • ½ cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 medium orange, peeled and sliced into segments
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon honey (optional)
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Divide evenly between two glasses and serve.
Notes
*I recommend using a fresh mango, then peeling and chopping it yourself for better flavor. However, you can use pre-cut and frozen mango from the freezer section of the store.
