I love running. I love the accomplishment of going from A to B using nothing but my own two feet. A large emphasis of my continuing education credits as a physical therapist has been specializing in treating runners and running-related injuries. It’s a special career highlight for me to be able to take someone from “I’m thinking of backing out of this race in 6 weeks” to “you’ll never believe it… I finished the whole race pain-free!”
Studio 5 is a morning show here in the Salt Lake area; I’ve been lucky enough to be invited on the show multiple times to discuss my experiences with runners, running, and treating running injuries.
