Healthy Pineapple Whips Recipe (only 3 ingredients!)

Healthy Pineapple Whip Recipe from Tone and Tighten
Craving something sweet to get through your day? Here is the snack that you have been looking for! My wife LOVES the Dole Pineapple Whips that you can get at Disneyland and has found a way to make them at home with only a fraction of the calories. It’s the perfect sweet treat that won’t keep you from reaching your weight loss goals.

Healthy Pineapple Whips
Ingredients:
1 cup fresh pineapple chunks, frozen (I have never tried canned and while I think that it would work, I don’t feel that it would quite have that same sweet fresh taste)
1/2 cup almond milk (or skim milk or soy milk- whatever you prefer)
1/2 – 1 teaspoon honey or agave (more or less, depending on how sweet you want it)
 
Directions:
Place pineapple chunks, almond milk, and honey in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately. Makes 1 serving.
