We all have goals. We all have aspirations. We all have dreams that we’re pursuing and hopes that one day we wish to achieve. Be it weight loss, a healthy diet, being a better spouse/parent, that management position at work, or even just getting out of bed in the morning – we all have some form of goal that we’re working towards. If you’ve had a goal but are too scared, too intimidated, too lazy, too busy, too weak, too prideful, too strong, too _________ (your excuse here) – STOP making excuses and START making results. Take a step today towards your goal! If your goal is to eat better then don’t have dessert after dinner TONIGHT! If your goal is to exercise more go outside and walk around the block RIGHT NOW (trust me – it won’t take more than 10 minutes). Start right now, in this instant, advancing towards the person that you one day hope to be. Because the difference between the person you were yesterday and who you will be tomorrow lies in what you do today!!
