Easy Garlic Broccoli
Prep time:  15 mins
Cook time:  5 mins
Total time:  20 mins
Serves: 6
 
Ingredients
  • 6 cups fresh broccoli florets (about 1½ pounds)
  • 1½ Tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
  1. In a large pot, bring ½ inch of water to a boil.
  2. Add broccoli; cover and cook for 3-5 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients together; toss with broccoli.
