I love HIIT workouts. There are few ways to burn so many calories in so short a time, let alone the majority of the moves you can do wherever you want to with very little equipment required! This is one of my favorite HIIT workouts – 9 great moves that will work you from head to toe and should only take about a half hour to complete. Here we go!

And now, on to the workout…
This workout is going to come at you fast and furious in a Tabata HIIT format. That means that you will perform each exercise for 20 seconds performing as many reps as you possible can. Then you take a 10-second break. Then you repeat that 6 times through. Here we go!
1. Jumping Jacks
40 seconds on, 20 seconds off, repeated 6 times
2. Push Ups
40 seconds on, 20 seconds off, repeated 6 times
3. Air Squats
40 seconds on, 20 seconds off, repeated 6 times
4. High Knees
40 seconds on, 20 seconds off, repeated 6 times
5. Triceps Dips
40 seconds on, 20 seconds off, repeated 6 times
6. Sit Ups
40 seconds on, 20 seconds off, repeated 6 times
7. Mountain Climbers
40 seconds on, 20 seconds off, repeated 6 times
8. Overhead Claps
40 seconds on, 20 seconds off, repeated 6 times
9. Alternating Jump Lunges
40 seconds on, 20 seconds off, repeated 6 times
