25 Plank Variations To Tone And Tighten Your Core

 25 plank variations to tone and tighten your core

Plank you very much!

Planks are one of my favorite core strengthening exercises. There are actually few exercises that engage as many of the abdominal muscles as effectively as planks do. But did you know that there are actually numerous variations to a standard plank that can emphasize different muscle groups and add variety to this already great exercise? As part of Kohls’ “Make Your Move” campaign today I wanted to share 25 plank variations to help tone and tighten your midsection. Here we go!
