It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

Are you looking for the perfect stocking stuff for for the fitness junkie on your shopping list this year? Look no further than Tone and Tighten! Today we are talking about 25 must-havefitness stocking stuffers for under $25! Full disclosure – I may be presenting this list as a little bit of a wish list for me! If anyone is looking to buy me anything this year, this is an excellent place to start (wink wink, sweetheart!!)!

Nalgene Water Bottle
I love mine because that sucker is big! I’ve had H2O bottles in the past where I had to fill them up 3-4 times per day. At 32 ounces you drink it twice and you’ve got your 64 ounces for the day! Suitable for hot and cold drinks and a huge opening to make adding ice easy. (From $8 – Amazon)

Skullcandy headphones

Comes with multi-sized gel tips ensuring the perfect size and comfort for your ears. The single-button mic and remote makes managing music and taking phone calls super easy! ($19 – Walmart)

Fitness Slider
Amazing way to elevate your at-home fitness! Similar to furniture sliders these discs glide easily on carpet (smooth side) and hardwood (fabric side) floors. Mountain climbers, lunges, chest flies, pikes… the possibilities are endless! ($20 – Amazon)

Beanie
From a morning run to a night out – keep your ears and head warm with a stylish beanie! Tons of different styles, colors, and brands. (From $6 – Target)

Under Armour Athletic Shirt
Because you can never have enough workout shirts! Lots of options available from Under Armour – sizes, short sleeve, long sleeve, colors, compression, etc. (From $11 – Amazon)

4″ Triggerpoint “The GRID” Mini Foam Roller
Take it from a physical therapist – foam rollers are your best friend. Full size are more versatile, but I’m digging this mini one from “The GRID” lately! Convenient and portable at only 4″ – from your gym bag to pre-race and even in your carry-on! When in doubt – roll it out! ($25 – Amazon)

Touchscreen Gloves

If you’re anything like me, you’re always looking for a good pair of gloves. Whether driving to the gym in the cold early morning or taking off on your next jog, keep your hands warm with one of these stylish pairs! The touchscreen compatible finger and thumb are a MUST. (From $7 – Target)

Armband for iPhone/music player

I love this case from Insten. Super comfortable and easily accessible as it fits on your arm, but this one in particular came with a privacy screen protector for those of you who wish to keep your playlist and whatever else may come up on your phone to yourself! ($7 – Walmart)

Dumbbell set

This is my favorite dumbbell set on sale online. You can get dumbbells individually (a pair of 5’s) or you can get them in sets (a pair of 2’s, 4’s and 6’s) at a killer price! The 2, 4, 6 combo is on sale right now for $18! (From $8 – Amazon)

Protein

I’m a fan of this one from Six Star Nutrition. You get a lot of it (2 lbs), it’s a ton of protein (26g) per serving, and not a lot of calories (150) or fat (1.5g). I prefer the vanilla flavor as it blends a little better with my fruit smoothies. All that at a great price! ($20 – Walmart)

Socks (Running)

If you’ve never put on a pair of running socks, you don’t know what you’re missing out on! Super comfortable, keep your feet amazingly dry, and stay in place for your whole run! I love the Asics brand – check them out! (From $6 – Amazon)

Audio Ear Warmer

Mind = BLOWN! For any of you who have struggled with keeping your ears warm and your ear buds in while running – this is the solution for you! These ear warmers have built-in speakers and an audio jack to plug right in to your music player! People are brilliant. ($16 – Target)

Ankle weights

We use ankle weights a lot in the PT clinic – I love that you can adjust these! Includes two ankle weights that hold up to 10 pounds each (20 pounds total). A must in any home gym! ($16 – Walmart)

Fitness and Nutrition Journal

Recording EVERYTHING is key in any successful fitness and nutrition program. Record times, reps, and sets as well as what you ate, calories, activity, etc. This “Fitbook” thought of everything – even writing down goals and coming up with your short-term plan of how to achieve them! ($24 – Amazon)

Workout Pants

Because if there’s one thing I’ve learned from my wife it’s that you can’t have enough yoga/workout pants! (From $13 – Amazon)

Insanity Workout DVDs

Love “Insanity” but can’t afford the whole package? They’ve come out with these single DVD’s that offer incredible workouts at a fraction of the price. ($23 – Amazon)

NUUN Hydration Tablets

Love energy drinks but don’t like all the added calories and sugar? These NUUN tablets taste delicious, are sugar-free, and replenish valuable electrolytes. Just drop a tablet into a bottle of water and you’re good to go! Lots of delicious flavors available. ($7 – Walmart)

iTunes gift card

Because who can’t find something they don’t love in iTunes??

Creatine

Take gains in muscle and strength to new levels with a creatine supplement. Essential to any regular resisted exercise and strength training program. ($16 – Walmart)

Fingerless Gloves

My favorite gloves of all time! I have a pair in every vehicle we own! Use the mitten when the fingers are chilly; pull it off for any dexterous (thank you, vocabulary app!) activity. The leather palm keeps the steering wheel from slipping! ($15 – Amazon)

Thermals

Whether running, skiing, snowboarding, sledding, or even building a snowman, my thermals are a must! Also works great to wear under your short-sleeved shirts in the winter! (From $10 – Target)

Weight lifting gloves

My wife’s got a lighter pair for her barbell/free weight days; I’ve got a pair with some wrist straps on there for weeks when I’m going heavy. Save your hands with some weight lifting gloves! (From $8 – Walmart)

Ponytail Run Beanie

Putting this up here just because I think it’s a brilliant idea! My wife has long hair – I know keeping her head/ears warm while running is a struggle sometimes! This is a great idea! ($18 – Amazon)

Weightlifting belt

Keep your back supported during lifts like squats and deadlifts with a weight belt! I love that this one cinches up with velcro instead of buckles. Completely customizable to fit you perfectly! ($23 – Amazon)

Hydration Running Belt

Perfect for those long runs on hot days. Adjustable 29 – 46 inches, two 6-ounce water bottles, and a pocket for your keys, cell phone, MP3 player, wallet, etc. ($25 – Amazon)

Resistance Band/Tube

Think you need a lot or equipment for a home gym? Think again! This resistance band set includes 5 bands (6-22 pounds resistance), easily-adjustable handles, a door anchor, and a bag to carry it all in! ($18 – Walmart)

Tiger Tail Muscle Massager

Another one of my favorite tools in the physical therapy clinic! Massage those muscles and tendons back to health and happiness with a Tiger Tail! Lots of sizes available. (From $25 – Amazon)

Socks (Crossfit)

I’m telling you right now – Crossfit socks are where it’s at! What a way to make a statement! Tons of styles available – pictured are just a few of my favorites. (From $10 – Amazon)

Quest Protein Bars

Fantastic taste (as far as nutrition bars go!), gluten-free, and no added sugars! 160 calories and 20g protein/bar – great for on the go fitness and for curbing those late-afternoon munchies. (12-pack for $25 – Bodybuilding.com)

Under Armour Women’s Mini Headbands

As one who has a ton of sisters-in-law who have grown up playing sports and exercising I’m well aware the importance of a good mini headband! These from UA have among the highest reviews on Amazon.com! (From $8 – Amazon)

Word Lock

Now – I know this is kind of funny to have on a wish list, but to anyone who’s ever had anything stolen out of a locker while at the gym you know EXACTLY what a great idea this is!! Customizable lock to whatever word you want to keep your stuff safe! ($20 – Walmart)

Everlast Interval Timer

Intervals with a stopwatch can get tricky. Once you’ve worked out with an interval timer you will never go back! Programmable work/rest periods, more rounds than you can ever do (up to 99!), audible/vibrate option, and easily worn on your arm – this bad boy has it all! ($20 – Amazon)

Leatherman Micra Multi Tool

Okay, okay – not exactly a fitness tool, but certainly a Jared favorite!! I got one 10 years ago and literally use it at least once a week. So versatile and fits easily on any keychain. Never be unprepared again! ($19 – Walmart)

Sombrero Juicer for Bottles

Another gift that makes the list just because brilliant people thought it up! A juicer – that fits on top of your water bottle – that adds juice directly to any bottled water! Keep lemons, limes, and oranges in your fridge, slice one open, squeeze in your bottled water, and you’re good to go! ($7 – Amazon)

Blender Bottle

A must-have for anyone taking any type of liquid nutrition (pre or post-workout). This shake bottle comes with a “BlenderBall” that does the mixing while you shake! Say goodbye to chunky supplement drinks forever! ($7 – Walmart)
