Happy Holidays, everyone!!!

What better way to kick off December than introducing our newest workout series… “12 Days of Fitness”!! From now until December 23 we’ll be introducing a new workout every 2 days to help you fight the holiday pounds, trim down, tone up and achieve your fitness goals. We’ve got your entire month planned out – check back regularly for killer workouts – everything from chest and abs to strength and cardio. We’re kicking off the month with one of my favorites… shoulders! Get that sexy hourglass or cut “V” look with a toned and tight upper body. Hope you enjoy, and let the holidays commence!

Russian Twist (arms extended; 10 touches to each side)

Overhead Medicine Ball Slam   
Kettle Bell Swings

Side Lateral Raise  
Alternating Dumbbell Front Raise and Upright Row

“T” Side Plank (30 second on each side)     
Jump Rope
