I’ll be honest, breakfast is the hardest meal for me. I’ll be up 4-5 hours before I actually eat anything, and I know that’s horrible for my metabolism. This year, I’m really going to attempt to get my mornings in gear enough to set aside 20 minutes to prepare and eat a healthy breakfast. PS, thanks for including a couple of my recipes!! Those are some of my favs!!
