Here’s the second installment of our “Thankful For My” Series! For the entire month of November I’m bringing you workouts to help remind us of how thankful we should be for our bodies and what they’re capable of. Whether you have amazing legs or have always wanted amazing legs, this workout is sure to tone, tighten, and leave you thankful for your lower extremities (or at least leave them sore!).

15 Lunges (each leg)
15 Heel Raises
10 Side-Lying Hip Raises OR combine with Side Plank if able
15 Deep Squats
15 Heel Raises
15 Ball Squeeze Bridges (can squeeze a pillow if no ball is available)
15 Jump Lunges (each leg)
15 Heel Raises
Repeat 3 times… if you can! 🙂
