In my profession, I hear a lot of excuses ALL. DAY. LONG.
When it comes to reasons why people can’t work out or get back into shape, I have heard them all.
So to those people who have an excuse for everything, my challenge to you is to be stronger than your strongest excuse.
And to those of you who maybe only have excuses every once in a while, look for ways to overcome those reasons- working out is a choice. Make it a priority to make the right choice.
You will be so glad that you did!
