Homemade Balsamic Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

November 3, 2013 |

I bet that you had no idea how easy making your own salad dressing could be! This recipe tastes better and more fresh than any other dressing I have tried and it’s incredibly inexpensive.

Homemade Balsamic Vinaigrette Salad Dressing
Ingredients:

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ground mustard
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, and mustard powder. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. Stir in minced fresh herbs if desired.

This is one great vinegar. I’ve tried it on my salads and I can eat more without feeling the guilt.
