I’m calling myself out and each and every one of you in the process! If you’re hesitating or avoiding starting a fitness routine for whatever reason the stop immediately and go do something about it!! If you’ve got ten minutes right now then go for a walk or even better yet – try one of these awesome 10 minute workouts! Stop making excuses and start seeing results! There will always be excuses; there will always be reasons to put things off for another week or month or more. But there will never be a better time to start than RIGHT NOW!
