There are two principles that will always apply in personal fitness. 1) The results you see are directly proportional to the work you put in and 2) the work you do today won’t be worth it until tomorrow. When seeking to attain your own personal fitness goals it’s vital that you remember these two points. I’ve seen way too many fitness goals completely annihilated because the person with whom I was working lost sight of these key principles. Remember- if you don’t see results in the first week after starting a program YOU’RE COMPLETELY NORMAL!!! If you’re putting in the work you are on the right track. It will take work; you will experience some discomfort, some sweat, and maybe even a tear or two. But remember: the results will be proportional to the work you’re putting in.
