You guys know me – I am a HUGE fan of smoothies! They make a great breakfast, snack, protein shake, or even just to give you 1-2 more servings of fruits and veggies for the day! Today I wanted to share with you one of my all-time favorite smoothie recipes; it’s a simple, refreshing classic that’s fail-proof and delicious. Strawberry banana smoothies – here we come!

Now for the recipe:
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon honey
1 1/2 cups milk
2 ice cubes
1 scoop protein powder (optional… I use vanilla to make it like a strawberry-banana creamsicle smoothie!)
Directions:
(Quite simply) Place all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth (no more chunks of fruit).
The honey adds just the right amount of sweet while the Greek yogurt helps to make it smooth and creamy!
