Little fact that you probably did not know about me – I love Halloween! It’s probably one of my favorite holidays! I love the monsters, scaring, decorations, and as a child, of course I loved trick-or-treating! I remember filling half a pillow case with candy and then rationing it to last until December!

Of course, now that I am a father myself, my kids health is paramount to everything else that I do. Combine that with running a health and fitness blog, and all of the sudden trick-or-treating becomes a little bit more difficult! This year, however, we are totally knocking things out of the park!
