WHAT IS THE FIT LIFE CHALLENGE?
The “FIT LIFE CHALLENGE” is an 8-week fitness program that will help you eat better, exercise more regularly, and lose weight. This challenge does not require anything drastic, but it does require subtle, daily changes that cumulatively yield incredible results.
The premise of this challenge is that you will be making small, sustainable, healthier choices everyday; tracking them; and receiving reward points for them.
You will receive 1, 2, or 3 points for regularly performing (or avoiding) certain behaviors that will ultimately make your life healthier.
ADD ACCOUNTABILITY TO YOUR FITNESS PLAN
It’s easy to quit a fitness program when nobody is holding you accountable for your actions.
The coolest part of the challenge – you’re not in it alone! You get the support of dozens of other participants as you all push towards the same common goal!
You’re encouraged to actively participate in a private Facebook group, emails, text messages, and even phone calls (you decide how much you want to share) as you get the encouragement of other participants cheering you on.
