Because sometimes you gotta shred in a hurry!

It’s just going to be one of those weeks. Barely enough time to shower and get out the door let alone squeeze in a workout… or maybe there is time??! Your “Weekly Workout Plan” for this week is 10 of my favorite 10-minute workouts found here on T&T! Don’t let “I don’t have the time” be an excuse this week – you can make it work! Come on – we got this together! 

The challenge for this week is to do at least 5 of the workouts below. Do you have more time on one day? Do two workouts (20 minutes)! The real challenge that I’ll throw down (myself  included!) is to find the time to get through all 10 of these bad boys! Here we go!
