Salsa is probably one of the easiest ways to get more vegetables in your diet and this homemade salsa could not be easier! Just throw the ingredients in your blender, mix it up, and the work is done!
I love to dip vegetables in salsa (sweet peppers cut in half lengthwise make an excellent salsa scoop), but I also love these Food Should Taste Good Multigrain Tortilla chips (that’s what I have in the picture) – if you haven’t tried them, I highly recommend it! Made from all real ingredients that you can pronounce, they are delicious and better for you than regular tortilla chips.
