Peaches and Cream Green Smoothie

  • 1 cup frozen peaches (or 1 fresh peach)
  • 1⁄2 cup banana, sliced and frozen
  • 1 cup fresh baby spinach
  • 1⁄4 cup water (or almond milk, skim milk, or soy milk)
  • dash of vanilla extract
  • 1⁄2 cup fat-free vanilla Greek yogurt
  1. Place all the ingredients inside blender. Cover and blend until smooth, stopping frequently to push down anything stuck to the sides (especially those with a lower- power blender).
  2. Pour into glass and enjoy. Makes one serving.
